About

A passionate and dedicated designer committed to using architecture as a catalyst for societal change. I aim to create innovative, sustainable spaces that promote well-being, foster community, and respect the environment. Driven by the principles of net-zero waste and environmental stewardship, I strive to balance functionality with ecological responsibility, integrating the voices of inhabitants to ensure designs are inclusive and impactful. My work reflects a deep commitment to advancing architecture as a tool for shaping a greener, more sustainable future as well as creating safe spaces for communities to gather, grow and share cultural knowledge.

My Master’s project is a personal project, located near Hampstead Heath. It celebrates British Chinese heritage through a community-driven initiative focused on food, culture, and sustainability. It brings people together through tofu-making, growing legumes, and sharing knowledge. Participants are invited to learn life skills such as cooking, sustainable food practices, and natural dyeing, all while exploring tofu’s cultural and nutritional significance. The project also promotes seed sharing among horticulture enthusiasts and recipe exchanges between families, fostering a deeper sense of collaboration and cultural exchange. By emphasising hands-on activities, shared meals, and community events, the project fosters mutual care and a stronger connection with nature. The initiative highlights the importance of sustainability and heritage, creating a vibrant and inclusive environment where individuals can come together to learn, share, and grow. Rooted in the values of cultural preservation and environmental consciousness, it inspires thriving through shared knowledge and collective action.
