Hongyin Wang is a winner of the A’Design Award and a new media artist specializing in the field of interaction design. He is particularly interested in spatial interaction, art installations, and music visual interaction.
During the RCA period, the works covered visual interaction design, human-computer interaction design and music visualization design. The representative works during this period included ‘Debris’- interactive design for popularizing ecological knowledge, and ‘Satirical Journey – To the Netherworld’- interactive design for modern social issues. ‘synaptic._null’- Music visualization performance.
Director of Xiamen AmoyNiy New Media Art Studio, China. The main research focuses on generative visual art and interactive installations in new media art. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Technology from Xi ‘an Academy of Fine Arts and a Master’s degree in Digital Direction from the Royal College of Art.
