About

Aditi Goyal is a researcher and designer from India with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and a UI/UX Design diploma from DesignBoat, Bangalore. In 2025, she earned her Master’s in Service Design from the Royal College of Art (RCA), specializing in strategic design and systems thinking.

With 1.5 years of UI/UX experience, Aditi has crafted intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. Her foundation in commerce, combined with her design acumen, enables her to approach problems holistically – balancing business priorities with user needs to create value-driven outcomes.

At RCA, she led service design projects like sustainability, social impact, AI Bias, and phygital experiences, applying research-led methods such as service blueprinting, workshop facilitation, and prototyping.

Her team, Synergy, won Bronze at the Student Service Design Challenge 2025, a global competition in collaboration with IBM. Aditi is passionate about designing services that drive meaningful change in society, fostering connection and sustainability.
