About
I’m a service designer with a background in architecture and a strong interest in emotional systems, digital experiences, and cross-cultural research. While studying at the Royal College of Art, I explored how design can navigate uncertainty, mediate human emotions, and reimagine connections between people, places, and technologies.
My design practice sits at the intersection of culture, emotion, and emerging technologies. I’m particularly drawn to how AI can be used not only as a tool for automation or prediction, but also as a means to build empathetic and context-aware interactions—especially in complex decision-making processes like travel planning or financial behavior. I see emotion not as a soft layer, but as a critical dimension of how people relate to services, spaces, and systems.
Culturally, I am fascinated by how values, rituals, and shared memory shape user expectations and emotional responses. This curiosity has led me to design for cross-cultural contexts, with an emphasis on minority communities, identity expression, and digital companionship. Whether it’s helping Gen Z travelers balance FOMO with joy, or developing AI characters that simulate internal conflict, I aim to create experiences that resonate on both a personal and societal level.
