About
My work in corporate strategy builds on free thinking, structuring business systems around vision and people, delivered through equity-led implementation.
The Royal College of Art gave me a planned pause to reflect and re-energise my belief in systems designed with intent. It allowed me to move beyond frameworks and shape my own methods.
This year, I co-created five cross-disciplinary projects that expanded both scope and perspective, including:
- Re. Health Labs: A re-envisioned system-shifting initiative tackling the UK’s silent epidemic through people-led design and expert-informed solutions, driving hyperlocal change and measurable health outcomes.
- An integrated obesity management initiative aligning borough-level governance with people-led touchpoints to drive localised and measurable health outcomes
- A creative experiment leveraging the iconic Wimbledon brand to reimagine and empower the local economy
- A live experiment visualising cognitive responses to digital anxiety through participatory public interaction
- Selected for a global collaboration under the RCA × Design for Good initiative in South Africa, addressing youth unemployment. Co-created solutions with teams from Nedbank, Lloyds Banking Group, and Nestlé, developing strategies aligned with UN SDG 4: Quality Education.
Across these diverse challenges, the most consistent force was the power of people, across cultures and contexts. Corporate strategy and transformation, for me, is not just about scale. I aspire to align vision, systems and people to shape resilient outcomes, now powered by Design.
“Our very survival depends on our ability to stay awake and to face the challenge of change.”
Martin Luther King Jr.’s words will always inspire my intent.
