About

Hi, I’m Ruolin — a UI/UX and Service Designer from China. I hold dual Master’s degrees in Service Design and Communication Design, as well as dual Bachelor’s degrees in Visual Communication Design and Psychology. I’m an attentive listener who enjoys discovering problems and crafting thoughtful solutions. I find deep satisfaction in understanding people’s needs and challenges, and turning those insights into innovative, effective designs.

Outside of design, I’m passionate about photography and travel. Traveling allows me to explore the world and experience kindness across cultures, while photography helps me capture the beauty of fleeting moments.

I aspire to create design that truly matters — uncovering real pain points, solving meaningful problems, and bringing greater social value through my work. To me, good design is not just about aesthetics, but about making life better for people.
