Service Design (MA)

About

Hi there! I’m a Service Designer passionate about transforming healthcare experiences.
With extensive experience across industries, I focus on crafting meaningful, user-centered solutions that improve care and well-being.
(Supported by Logitech Diversity Scholarship in Art & Design)

At the Royal College of Art, my work has focused on healthcare innovation through projects like
EMed (Case Study), a service design breakdown,
Nexus, redesigning hospital waiting rooms, and
Re. Health Labs, (A concept to be launched) a system-shifting prediabetes pathway co-created with patients.

I’ve also explored systemic transformation in justice through MoJ 2040, a speculative project for prison and probation futures, and in community resilience through the Grand Challenge, where we used playful methods to design for belonging.

My approach combines design thinking, behavioral insights, and digital innovation to reimagine systems in healthcare, education, and government with a strong focus on equity, empathy, and impact.

If you’re working on or interested in improving these experiences, I’d love to connect. Let’s talk or maybe even collaborate.
