Intelligent Mobility (MA)

Intelligent Mobility explores the ‘third age’ of automotive and mobility design – advancing traditional vehicle and transport design into a richer space of user understanding and techno-cultural opportunity. The MA is unique in using advanced design research approaches to identify important design questions and translate these into impactful concepts growing from the IMDC.
Projects adopt an innovative and visionary approach to the formation of new mobility propositions – developing ideologies and processes of design to engage with the key global issues of sustainability, autonomy, future digital experiences, AI, and alternative power – progressing these into design-led solutions for new vehicle typologies, products and services.
